Use this page if you require support on any of our products

Support is easy at Tegatech Australia. As part of our standard Service Agreement with all products shipped Tegatech offer two methods:

• Email Support using the support form

• Call 1800 615 617, select Option 2 and ask for support

Ultimately we understand that after sales support means a great deal to our clients. In keeping this in mind our goal is to answer all email Support requests 24hrs a day, 7 days a week, within the hour. Phone support is offered during normal business ours.
